Faculty of Public Health

The Faculty of Public Health was established in 1972 as a registered charity in response to a recommendation made by the Royal Commission on Medical Education (1965–68).
The faculty was set up as a membership organisation for public health professionals and provides professional advice and guidance while setting educational and training standards.
